Download and install Malware removal programs below.
Both Spybot and Ad-Aware are free downloads, as are all updates, and both are recommended by Microsoft. They can be used with Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 Pro and XP. If you already have spyware/adware protection from your AntiVirus software, we still recommended the use of at least two of these programs, if not all three.
If you choose to buy an AV product, t is highly recommended that you purchase AV software on CD-ROM, instead of downloading the full version from the vendor.
Although most AV program will prevent this, more than one AntiVirus program should not be installed on a PC at the same time. Please call RAM if you cannot uninstall your AntiVirus program.
